CNC Machine Park 
 

Our equipment enables mechanical machining of complex shapes while minimizing the number of machines required, reducing manufacturing time. 
Using 3D CAD files, machine programs are developed, and the parts are machined.

Numerical Control (NC):

• 4-axis horizontal machining center – capacity Ø 800 mm, length 600 mm
• 4-axis continuous horizontal machining center with contouring function using all 4 axes 
  Accuracy: 5 microns 
  Capacity: Ø 800 mm / length 1000 mm / weight 500 kg 
  Spindle speed: 15,000 rpm 
  Tool measurement and automatic correction by laser 
  Part measurement using a probe to automatically account for variations in cast part thickness 
  Tool magazine: up to 60 tools
