Vhm FONDERIE manages the complete solution to deliver a finished product. We integrate a range of complementary services such as heat treatments, surface coatings, assembly, leak testing, and logistics.

Heat Treatments

We offer various heat treatments for your parts to improve their mechanical properties or dimensional stability. Treatments offered:

• Stabilization
• Ferritization
• Annealing

Surface Coatings

Depending on our clients’ needs, we apply different protective coatings, either in-house or through qualified subcontractors:

• Electrophoretic coating (Cataphoresis)
• Heat-treated Rilsan (ACS approval, Health Compliance Certificate)

• Heat-cured epoxy
• Liquid or powder paint
• Primer paint

Assembly

Our offering is designed to be as comprehensive as possible, and we are therefore able to produce parts, kits, and sub-assemblies as part of a complete service. To achieve this, we manage the entire supply chain, from purchasing components and manufacturing parts to delivering the final product. We ensure the mechanical assembly of parts from our production, integrating commercial parts and/or parts supplied by you. Products are inspected before packaging according to your specifications (identification, marking, packaging, user manuals).

Bearing Assembly

Leak Testing

All valve products are subjected to leak testing through a hydraulic pressure test. This service is also offered to our clients for machined individual parts, such as pump housings. Testing is carried out within a range of 0 to 35 bars with water, or at low pressure with air from 0 to 4 bars.
